These folders will allow my students to store and organize their assignments, as well as track their progress throughout the year. Their data folders will help them understand their strengths and areas of potential growth as they progress in their reading/writing skills. As seventh graders who are college and career-bound, my students are starting to take ownership over their learning and hold themselves accountable for their personal growth goals. They will be able to use the flip chart paper for creative hands-on projects and collaborative small-group work. My students have a diverse range of learning styles, and these materials will help me address the students' unique needs.
