In my school, we are beginning a new literacy program where our students will be exposed to different reading genres. Getting this project funded, will help my students become familiar with various texts and become more comfortable with reading. It will get them exciting and help develop their love for reading. In the literacy program, students are expected to build their reading stamina. At the kindergarten level, students come into school reading the pictures. They need more books to choose from and keep in their book bags so they can continue becoming stronger readers. Please consider helping my students reach their potential in reading.
