Flexible seating allows my students the freedom to learn how they learn best. They will be able to take their learning to the next level by having the opportunity to learn in flexible groupings, independent areas, and in whole group learning. Currently, I have limited resources in my classroom to meet the needs of my students. I want my students to have the freedom of choice, and, with these items, they will get that opportunity. The different items that I have selected can be used in different ways for different kids. For example, the wobble cushions can be used when seated on the floor in a small group or on a chair during independent work time. I am also requesting stools, donut cushions, fidget bands and ball seats. I have seen how student choice and flexible seating can greatly impact students in a positive way, and that is exactly what I am striving for!
