The landform model will make the difference in my students' learning by allowing them to have hands-on exploration with all geological landforms and cultural materials that are required by state standards. By using this model the students will have a deeper understanding of these skills and in turn can generalize the learned skills into the real world. Building a more well rounded student is my goal, and materials such as this model enhance their learning experience and create life long learners. Possessing a 3-D model of multiple landscapes showing geologic and geographic details available for my students gives them the opportunity to physically feel and see the diversity of our earth.
