Over the last few years, I have watched as many classroom teachers have welcomed flexible seating into their classrooms with open arms. With flexible seating options, student learning and active engagement have increase significantly. I would value the opportunity to extend a more flexible seating option into my social-emotional skills "specials" classroom. Students of all ages love to wiggle and wobble while they learn. All 600+ students rotate through my classroom every two weeks. Wobble Cushions would allow all of our students to focus on the social-emotional lesson content while simultaneously improving posture, balance, and stability. Students would be given an opportunity to wobble within their own personal space, while still maintaining respect of their learning and that of others.
