My students are third graders, great kids but some lack confidence and basic life skills. We are a Title 1 school in Bridgeport, CT. Many of these students grow up in low income, poverty stricken areas. I usually end up spending my own money to buy them basic school supplies. It would be great to have these school supplies in abundance so that all students may have the same chance to succeed.

About my class
