Research shows that kids perform better when they are learning while having fun. Kids also deserve to have choice in seating the same way adults do while working. The wobble stools and bench will allow students who need movement while working the chance to be successful. I want to offer multiple options for my students to feel comfortable, safe and relaxed in their learning environment (our classroom). Research also shows that classrooms designed to support participative learning increased student engagement compared to traditional row-by-column seating (Scott-Webber, Strickland, and Kapitula). I want to do everything I can to help my students to be successful.
