Our students are in need of earbuds a mouse for their Chromebooks. The students are working this year on coding and several other project such as Google Slides, Creating a classroom website and animations just to name a few. We are fortunate that each child has a Chromebook but they did not come with headphones or a mouse. For coding there is lots of music and instructions that they need to hear individually however, if everyone is listening to their own computer it gets very loud. It makes it very difficult for some of the students that learn best when it is quiet. As the students get a little older they do more complicated tasks on the computers. Many students really are much more efficient when they have a mouse. Some times students get so frustrated when the touchpad does not work the way they want it to. The students can not afford to purchase and bring these items to class. It would be amazing to get funded to allow the students to have access to these basic tools that would allow them to be more efficient .
