I work with students with disabilities and when it comes to math, they often times have a hard time visualizing the problems. These materials would allow my students to use new and different to them manipulatives that I hope creates a love of math within them. The Power Pens as well as the math machines, I really feel like they will enjoy it because they will be able to check their work instantly and see where they may have made an error. The materials varying among four math operations will allow me to use them with all of my small groups within my classroom.
