For my project, I’m asking for reading leveled books A-K from Lakeshore. These books will allow me to engage more in read-alouds to help my children understand the structure of written language, expand their knowledge of words, and learn new ways of using language. By having these reading leveled books it will also help them with individual reading so that they can become independent, get more practice, and choose books for themselves. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. This will tend to help close the gaps in those students who are not on their required grade reading levels.
