In our classroom, we have a lot of floor space and only tile. We do not have a large carpet for our class to gather at. We would love to have a place where we can come together to read as a class, read independently, and do some work. Having an area to come together to have classroom meetings, have read alouds, have some sharing time, and discussions would make a big difference in our classroom. I want my students to feel like this is a home to them and that means providing comforts they may not have at their own homes.
