Presently we only have one counter in the room where students can do labs. It can get very crowded at the counter, and is unsafe for some labs, which means that we can not do them. We have really nice lab tables, with slate tops in the building, but are unable to use them until we get stools. Presently my students have to sit at desks that have attached chairs, which does not promote collaborative learning. Once we get stools, we will be able to move in the lab tables and my students will get to do more labs, and work with more models, which will enhance their learning. It will also provide them with the same experiences that students have in a traditional high school setting.
