In our district learning is in person, on site. However, once a month, my students will learn from home due to the current health crisis. Because of the pandemic, funds are limited to provide the things that are still needed to ensure learning takes place in these two environments. I am in need of 10 headphones with microphones and a webcam for my desktop in my classroom. We use headphones daily in my classroom. Some students have brought headphones from home, but none of their headphones have a microphone. Having headphones with microphones will help my students take advantage of our online learning programs. With the microphones, they are able to record themselves reading or doing other activities. Additionally, I am in need of a webcam for my classroom. My students are able to have video meetings because the cameras on their Chromebooks, but I have a desktop computer. Having a webcam for my desktop computer will help distance learning run smoother.
