Our class needs Chromebooks to integrate technology into our classroom. With access to Chromebooks, headphones, and mice, my students will be able to use a variety of applications to explore literacy, writing, and mathematics. Also, they will have much more exposure to typing because it is so much harder for them to type on the iPads. My students love to type and never have the opportunity to type. In our world today, teaching students how to effectively use technology is essential to student success. If I had Chromebooks in the classroom, I would be able to take advantage of the online resources available and teach my students how to use technology to help them become successful in all subject areas.
