These binders will help my students to build learning portfolios to track their reading and math goals. Students will use their binders daily during guided reading, guided math, and centers. These notebooks and pencils will improve my students' daily journal writing. Students will be able to visually track their writing progress throughout the year with appropriate second-grade paper. These materials with help support my students with the supplies they need to be successful. The take-home folders will aid in daily communication between home and school. They will help my students as they learn effective organizational skills necessary for academic success.
