I have created this project in hopes of creating a welcoming environment in our classroom that will offer my students a space for them to read. As our district has adopted a new Reading Language Arts curriculum, we will be receiving various books and we are in need of bookshelves to store those books in so they are readily available for our students. As an educator, I want to ensure we help our students develop effective literacy skills with a passion for reading and life long learning. The bean bags will be used by my students to offer a relaxing space for them to sit and use their literacy skills as they let their imagination run wild with the enjoyment of a good book.

About my class
