My special education (sped) students are learning real life skills by running a weekly school store, Blizzard's Market, with general education buddies. This partnership assist them in the areas of social and math skills, packaging merchandise, stocking shelves, pricing, and ordering. Due to the physical disabilities of several students, they are in need of sturdy carts to assist them with moving the merchandise from our storage room to Blizzard's Markets location. The profits are used to purchase modified equipment for sped classrooms, fund sped field trips, and purchase Brag Tags for the school wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports program.
