My fifth-grade classroom is a diverse community of curious, hardworking learners, including many multilingual students and children who need additional academic support. I have found that students are more engaged and content when they feel comfortable, so I work hard to create a relaxed, welcoming, and engaging classroom where every child feels valued and capable. Attaining a quality education is deeply important to me, and access to writing supplies and snacks will help my students remain prepared, focused, and ready to express their ideas through writing.
