My students count, read, and share! They are a loving bunch of kids who are ready to experience the technology that their peers are using in their general education classes. My students need a classroom set of Chromebooks so that they can prepare for using technology in upper grades and outside of the school setting. Oftentimes, we are not able to access some of the general education classroom materials because of the limited number of computers in their general education classes. Providing four new computers for their intervention time with me will allow me to teach them the basic skills they need (like typing, powering on, and saving) in a low stress environment.
