OSMO kits are an excellent way to get students to think outside the box. These kits allow students to create and innovate with physical manipulatives that appear on the iPad screen. They also provide students with engaging ways to explore art, mathematics, literacy, coding, and much more right from their own desk. I've seen OSMO kits in action in other libraries, and I know my students will greatly benefit from this tool. As always, I plan to tie in themes of literacy with every OSMO activity we do in class. Finally, the OSMO kits will help my students to practice collaborating with one another as they work together to complete the kit assignments.
