With an Apple TV, I can take detailed pictures with my iPhone and broadcast them on my overhead projector in real time. I can also take pictures of individual students' projects, and teach with more detailed resolution than my current projector will allow. It's sometimes quite hard to show students what I'm doing on small electronics parts. This would give access to students all around the classroom, regardless of their seat. I can broadcast high resolution photos from my iPad. I have this very cool app that allows me to connect to the projector wirelessly, but I need an Apple TV to use it properly. It will make a big difference for demonstrating things for my students!
