I strive to ensure that every student is given the best opportunity possible to flourish in his or her educational endeavors. Differentiated instruction promotes engagement in the learning process, which allows students to develop a broader understanding of the concepts they are confronting and how they apply what they have learned in a practical real-world context. All of my lessons provide a hands on project-based method of instruction that is tailored to the needs and to teach them leadership skills. It is my goal to make the material that is being taught relevant to the lives of my students, and to be able to differentiate this material in such a way that actively engages each student in the learning process. These tables will will allow me to effectively place my students in collaborative groups as well as integrate the JROTC curriculum with other subjects they are currently learning . The tables are needed to help facilitate small group instruction.
