By giving students flexible seating options and sensory tools, we are providing them with the ability to take charge of their learning. Students become noticeably more engaged, as well as, less disruptive in the classroom when they are given options. The fidgets will allow them to focus their hands on a specific item, so that their attention may remain on the task that is being completed. The floor seats will allow the children to be comfortable in any location within the room. Finally the storage bins will be used to keep our environment clean and organized, so that the students feel a sense of structure.
