This year a new performing arts program began at my school. Throughout the year my scholars have shined through performances inside and out of the classroom. Their dedication to performing arts, and the huge amount of talented kids that were interested in learning more, gave me the idea to begin the schools first ever Show Choir. I would love my scholars to feel confident and ready to perform in new costumes that make them Shine, Figuratively and Literally! In June we have planned performances within the school, and in the community. The Items I am asking for are tulle skirts, and sequin tops to help us get ready for not only performances this year, but for use next year when we take on Show Choir competitions. We want to show the community and NYC what amazing talent Harlem has to offer, and I want my kids to look and feel good doing so. These Items will be used many times, and will help make our group shine a little brighter!
