I have the opportunity to work with deaf and hard of hearing children that range ages 2 - 5 years old, in an inner city school district. Students come from urban, suburban and rural areas to our specialized program due to the services that we have available to offer in order to benefit children with hearing loss. Our program is unique as we offer services for students in grades Pre-K through 12th grade. It is an honor to work for this program and serve the deaf and hard of hearing students with instruction and materials that meet their needs. These little preschoolers are certainly superheroes to me. We love to work together, have fun, and defy the odds.

About my class
