The current dry erase board is extremely hard to clean after use. It also has spots where there are permeant marker, and is not magnetic. By replacing this board, it will freshen the look of the room and also greatly improve my ability to effectively teach. The two things I utilize ALL DAY LONG, are my projector and the dry erase board. This new dry erase board will allow my students the opportunity to learn effectively. I will be able to project all websites we use on a daily basis (from our daily math work to sharing our writing samples). Students constantly write on the board and use it collaboratively for daily work and projects. I will also be able to hang anchor charts magnetically, and not have to worry about losing countless instructional minutes trying to get it clean, or if students can see clearly due to the leftover residue and previous marks. It will wipe clean with no problem! Pictures on my profile are from my previous room which had a new board! It's amazing how inviting a nice clean work space can be! I strive to make this new space just as great, and your donation towards a new board is greatly appreciated.
