Students experience tough emotions as they adapt and adjust to school and their environment. During this age range, students are experimenting and learning how to regulate and manage all of their emotions. Many of these emotions occur inside of the classroom. Although students have the counseling offices to come and cool down, it's important that they learn to regulate inside of the classroom. With these "Cool Down" kits, students will have tools and strategies to use within the environment they are most comfortable in...the classroom. Within these "Cool Down" kits will be stress balls, stuffed emoji, feelings book, timer, noise blocking headphones.
