Exercise offers students incredible benefits that can improve nearly every aspect of their health from the inside out including mood, weight loss, increased energy, reduced risk of chronic disease, memory and ability to get a good night sleep. All students have the right to fully participate in physical activity and wear school PE uniforms, regardless of the ability to pay. This grant will provide uniforms to students who would otherwise go without, thus missing crucial benefits of regular physical activity. In addition, students feel better about themselves when they have the same uniform and school colors similar to their peers.

About my class
