My classroom, at the best school ever, Del Valle Continuation High, is an open art studio where I invite my students to pick their methods of creating, and I guide them all individually through it. I'm a "jack-of-all-trades" art teacher, meaning I teach every possible form of art I can think of. My passions are painting, ceramics, and photography, but I often teach paper mache, proportions and perspective, wood burning, screen printing, sewing and embroidery, origami, the basics like shading and color, as well as anything else we can conceive of. I'm the luckiest person I know, because I deeply love my job.
