These materials will help teach our EBD, Exceptional Education students ways to naturally calm their bodies. These are not just ESE students but they are ESE students in a title one, 90% and higher school. ESE students will benefit from these mats tremendously in teaching them new ways to naturally calm down. Yoga has been known to help adults and students into finding their inner peace. In a world and neighborhood that is always busy it is important to get the students to learn how to calm their bodies in a natural way. All students especially low income, ese students need to learn these coping skills.
