Students will be able to comfortably engage in conversations and work cooperatively in groups. Flexible seating such as this donut seat and chair ball will also allow students to engage in the decision making process themselves and teach them to share with classmates as their first choice will not always be available. Engagement is key to learning in the classroom and flexible seating allows students to be more engaged in both the lesson and the conversations with classmates. In order to create 21st century learners, students must be able to work collaboratively in groups and flexible seating allows for groups to occur anywhere in the classroom. Flexible seating will take our classroom to the next level!
