All students have various challenges, strengths, and abilities. Some children may be corporative and fully participate in therapy. The more motivated a student is, the more likely they are to try their best. The supplies you will be providing will be implemented to encourage students to keep at it, keep them interested until they have successfully met their goals. IPads and tablet apps are a great way of motivating students and offer a variety of ways of addressing fine motor and spatial reasoning with an immediate example of cause and effect that cannot be replicated in any other circumstances, nothing to say of the sensory benefits. Pop beads for variety of fine motor skill work, Montessori dressing boards work on fine motor skills, cognitive skills, hand eye coordination, problem solving, and visual motor powerhouse blocks and patterns The calming benefits of the Hedgehog. Happy is not your typical stuffed animal; it is weighted with both visual and tactile benefits, a sensory home run. Therapy goals can be addressed in many ways. Your gift enables these children to explore their burgeoning skills with novelty, variety and interest which builds their confidence and motivates them to work diligently on skills that may be difficult and frustrating for them. Once that ball starts rolling there is no stopping them!!
