Reading is the foundation of all learning and having access to books is important for every student. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic students have not had access to materials since March. We recently opened for students to come back face to face. Students are still unable to come to the media center and browse for books. A mobile book cart will allow me to get requests from students and deliver books to the classrooms for checkout. In order to check out books and search for materials for students, I need to be able to access our catalog throughout our building. Having a tablet that allows me mobile access to our school catalog and check-out system I can deliver books to students throughout the school. Having access to physical books will allow students a larger variety of materials to read and grow their love of reading!
