We all know how frustrating it is to use headphones that are broken; either you only can hear out of 1 ear, there is static, or you have to wiggle the cord to get any sound! Children find this even more frustrating! Students then try to solve the problem on their own, by just not listening to the program or letting it play out loud for the whole class to hear. Our class has many educational programs that we use on computers and ipads, including a math program, a phonics program, book read alouds, and a comprehension program. Our classroom needs quality headphones that will withstand a classroom setting, with many 7 year olds using them.
