My students need fun, interactive math, and literacy manipulatives. By donating, you will provide my students with counting mazes, number & counting beads, building sets with variety of shapes, alphabet matching maze, alphabet beads and a color matching game. They will use these materials during small group time as well as free choice time. They will be able to expand their math and literacy skills through hands-on activities. The literacy materials will help them with alphabet knowledge, and phonemic awareness. The math materials will help with counting and numeral recognition. Through your donations, my students will be able to increase their academic achievement. The literacy and math mazes will help my students in applying concepts that are taught during large group time. The building manipulatives may foster future engineers and architects. It will help to foster an environment for fun learning. They will be able to continue to gain new knowledge and experiences - through play!
