My students spend a lot of time learning in small groups. With these stools, the students will be able to join together at the small group table more comfortably. Small group learning is vital and having flexible seating during this time increases attentiveness in students. Students need to be able to experience flexible seating even if they are in a first year teacher's classroom that doesn't have as many resources as a veteran teacher has. My students will enjoy a difference in seating within the classroom. I feel these stools will help the students feel like small group time is more special because the seating is different from the rest of the class' seating.
