As my students continue to grow, they need books that challenge them in many ways. Books give children insight into the world surrounding us. My classroom library is a place my students love to go. I continually strive to support my students in becoming better thinkers, problem solvers, and doers by creating an environment where all students feel welcome and supported. Each day, I read with my students on the carpet, they read to each other, and they read independently. These books will allow my students to read independently at their own grade levels and explore the world around us. This project will help create a more engaging classroom library where students can challenge themselves each day.
