Many of the current basketballs that we have are losing air constantly, bulging at the seams, or are no longer actually round. Some are very hard to actually control because they are so old and worn out. We have been trying to get newer ones, but the budget for supplies has been reduced, and there always seems to be something else each year needed with the money. I have purchased game balls and brought my own from home to make due, but want to try to really get these for our classes and our teams to help improve our experiences.
