Our library only has one designated computer for students to use to research and look up information. In a digital world, students need to be able to access information and technology beyond what the library can provide in print. Having some Chromebooks available all the time will change not only my students' ability to look up information, but will also allow me to incorporate digital learning projects into our media lessons. Chromebooks will be especially useful due to their versatility- not only will students be able to research and create, but they can also use the Google applications to collaborate with each other and share their work.
