My students need clipboards, wobble stools, and a cafe table with chairs to meet their diverse learning needs. Using these resources they will be able to be mobile learners, moving about the classroom and campus as they participate in engaging learning experiences that integrate science, history, art, and English. When this project is funded, the students in my class will have a variety of seating options using the materials that I've requested, and along with the clipboards, they will be able to make choices that best suit their personal learning styles. Children who need to move will be able to sit on wobble stools, children who enjoy the outdoors will be able to use the cafe table on our balcony, and everyone will be able to participate in outdoor learning with clipboards in hand as we explore the campus, our neighborhood, and even simply in our classroom.
