These different chairs will allow those students who need the freedom to move while working to have the ability to a bit more discreetly. They won't have to stand up as often and may be able to focus better on what they are trying to do. The rockers may also give some students the sensory needs that they need without leaving the classroom. I think all of the students who share this classroom will benefit from these new seating options. Both general education and special education students will love the ability to move around the room with these chairs to read, write, examine fun things, play games with friends, or just take a minute to relax.
