In our classroom, we work all over the place. We have the freedom to learn on the ground, at our seats, in bean bags or with flexible seating chairs. Having a rug in our classroom would allow us to have a space for whole group lessons, morning meeting and activities for daily 5. It will also provide students a comfortable space to work when completing independent assignments. The rug will be used every day in a wide variety of ways! We are moving into a new school next year, and this rug will add so much to our classroom. Donating to this project will impact not only my current group of students, but many more students over the next few years. It will give all students in my class a comfortable space to learn, work and sit!
