Everyone of my students is special and unique in every way. Day after day they find ways to surprise me, and best of all light up my world. I work in the North Bronx, where many of my children come from low income, single family homes or even currently live in shelters. My goal has always been to make a difference in my student's lives, whether it be small or big, I want them to know they matter and set big goals for themselves. In efforts to make this difference and support all my students needs, resources and materials are needed to meet all different learning styles. I would love to have more designated spaces to centers, reading buddy corners, cool down areas and hands on activities. I also try to keep my classroom, bright, neat, organized and welcoming for all. My number one goal is to make each child's educational experience successful, unique and memorable.
