Our students need new headphones to replace old headphones, which have broken wires or simply no longer work. We currently have 5 or 6 different types of headphones. Some of our headphones are more than 10 years old. We have tried several versions, but the plain headphones with thick cords seem to work the best and last the longest. Most of our computer programs require students to have working headphones to use them successfully. As students are learning to read, it is vital that they are able to hear letter sounds and words. We use programs such as iRead and iLearn. Our students are so excited about learning. Technology really reinforces and enhances our learning focus.
