At this time I am in a 4th grade Integrated Co-Teaching (ICT) classroom in a public elementary school. I have 28 students and 12 of those students have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). My students are dedicated and determined but need a lot of support and resources in order to reach their academic goals. All of my students come from a high poverty section of New York City and we are a title 1 funded school. I know my students all have the potential to do amazing things in and outside of the classroom and I hope to be the person to help them reach their highest potential.
