My school is a suburban school located in DE. The children in my class come from a variety of backgrounds but the majority of children qualify for free/reduced lunch. Less then 50% of the children have attended preschool and most lack the background knowledge to talk about common events and things in life. The children have little experience with books let alone writing materials and most are not spoken to often. Any additional supplies I can get to make learning fun and engaging for my students is a bonus.
