My students need a new rug for the classroom to help them feel like they have a place of their own in my room. The rug we chose as a class fits our room theme, POND! My students are excited to have these spots for themselves so they know where they belong. The POND themed rug will help my students feel at home in our classroom. My students are in an all Title 1 school and need a space in our room to call their own. My students crave responsibility and respect and having this rug will introduce a sense of pride for my students to take care of it, make it their own, and enjoy it.
