These materials will help my students be able to learn and thrive in a calm, fun, organized, and relaxed environment. All the decorations and borders are all apart of a common theme and match (black, white, burlap with pops of color), offering a calm and organized environment. I don't want to do anything too bold or chaotic because I know my students would benefit more from a constant color scheme. The consistent color scheme and theme throughout the classroom will provide a sense of security and consistency for my students that they may not get at home. The motivational posters I have included will motivate and encourage my students to work hard and do their best, as third grade is a new testing grade for them. The bins and organization items will help the classroom be more organized as well as the students. I want our space to be something that my students love, feel comfortable in, can be at peace in, learn and grow in and enjoy. I believe all these materials that I have chosen will do so and I know my students will love them!
