The constraints of Hybrid Learning mean students must be at their desks for extended periods of time. Sitting still is challenging even for adults, but especially for 9 and 10 year old children. I have found that Bouncy Bands are a great tool for kids to use! The Bouncybands website explains it best: "Bouncybands have been clinically proven to improve students’ ability to focus and stay on task while moving their legs relieving anxiety, stress, frustration and boredom." I'd love to provide a Bouncyband for every student in my class.
