My students are eager to learn, but many don't have access to technology at home. We only have two classroom computers, and laptops are shared between two grades. During our Daily Five stations, students need to listen to reading and build their fluency. Our English Language Learner population is high and in need of much support. With these Chromebooks, all students will have an opportunity to use programs such as RAZ Kids, Lexia, Symphony, Splash Math, and Xtra Math. These programs will give students opportunities to strengthen reading and math skills. Students will also use the Chrome books to research topics for writing. Thank you for considering our project.
